Dina Gilio-Whitaker (Tribus Confederadas de Colville) es profesora de Estudios de Indios Americanos en la Universidad Estatal de California en San Marcos, es consultora y educadora en Planificación de Políticas de Justicia Ambiental. Sus intereses de investigación se centran en el nacionalismo indígena, la autodeterminación, la justicia ambiental y la educación.
